FIRST ZURICH is developing
A wound, an injury, an overloaded joint, a pain. Regenerative medicine suddenly achieved effects that we were previously only able to achieve with a delay, or not with the same quality, or not at all. Today, we are in a position to think bigger and implement this therapeutically – from localised disorders to systemic treatment, such as fatigue syndrome (e.g. post-COVID condition) or inflammatory diseases.
Our offer allows individualisation according to the indications in a comprehensive, complete range of regenerative measures.
FIRST ZURICH is changing
By further developing our services, we can increasingly help to avoid surgical treatment. However, the highly qualified, conservative-interventional procedures of regenerative medicine will not be able to replace surgical measures that have a clear indication. Our colleague and co-founder Dr Ursus Lüthi, FMH Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology of the Musculoskeletal System, has built up an excellent international reputation for the surgical techniques of regenerative medicine over the decades. Most recently, he has increasingly supported the development towards methods of non-surgical treatment by means of regeneration, with a clear commitment to the special effect of methods in regenerative medicine and also a commitment to a stricter definition of surgical indications.
We thank him for his essential guidance along a degree where it is always important to take the right next step.
FIRST ZURICH remains at the cutting edge of knowledge
Further development, particularly in PhotoBioModulation (PBM) with our high-energy application unit, has now produced excellent results for many patients. It is very popular and in high demand among our patients with chronic pain, restless legs symptoms, fatigue symptoms or burnout, but also post-COVID condition syndrome.
Here, too, we are involved in international scientific dialogue and were appointed as a «Global Expert» in the high-level group of IARMES (International Association Leaders of Regenerative Medicine) in June 2024.

In November 2024, we switched to the latest high-quality ultrasound technology in order to provide our patients with the highest level of safety in treatment, the best possible conditions for achieving their diagnostic goals and targeted application using high-resolution, ultrasound-guided treatment measures. As a ‘world first’, we are implementing our own further development of our pain-free, risk-free and highly efficient PhotoBioModulation (PBM) in a «Spinal Chair» and the «Spinal Lounge».
